Gur Prasad means “gift of the Guru” or “divine gift”. This quiet and peaceful meditation attracts needed benefits and blessings into our life.

Description: Sit with your back straight in a comfortable posture to meditate. Keep your hands in the form of bowls on the level of your heart, with the palms facing up, elbows lowered and pressed against the sides. Gently close your eyes. Breathe smoothly and quietly. Easy pressure on meridian points on the sides of the chest brings deep relaxation.

By performing this meditation, feel as if all the heavenly blessings: health, well-being, happiness, opportunities, all the best inner qualities are being poured on you. Feel the unlimited flow of the spirit. Allow yourself to ask and allow yourself to receive. Meditation time is not limited.
