Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and balance; it is a powerful practice in rhythm that corresponds to the modern man. This science combines breathing exercises, yoga poses, work with sound, chanting of mantras, meditation and relaxation.

Kundalini Yoga is a single discipline that combines different directions of Yoga: Laya, Mantra, Hatha, Raja Yoga and Bhakti Shakti Tantra yoga. And only since 1969 Master of Kundalini Yoga and White Tantric, Yogi Bhajan has brought this discipline to the West and begun to teach openly.
