This meditation helps you to bless yourself in the moments when we especially need support, love and healing.
Description: Sit with your back straight in a comfortable position for you to meditate. Raise your right arm and bend it above your head in the shape of an arch (semicircle) with the palm at about 15 cm from the top of your head. The left arm is parallel to the floor, touching the chest center, palm facing down. Eyes closed and focused at the point between the eyebrows. Repeat monotonously the mantra: “I bless myself, I bless myself, I bless myself. I am, I am.”
Execution time: 3 - 11 minutes. In the end, take a deep breath, hold it and repeat the mantra silently. Exhale. Repeat two more times. Relax.
