Meditation "Liberation from Negative Thoughts"

This meditation is very good in helping us to get rid of haunting negative thoughts and fears and removing obstacles in our way. Meditation is not recommended for a long-lasting period.

Description: Sit with your back straight in a comfortable position for meditation. Fold your hands into a bowl, the right hand on top of the left, fingers crossed. Relax your forearms and place Mudra at the level of your heart center. Your eyes are open, and the sight is directed only into the bowl.

Take a deep breath through your nose and breathe out through pressed lips. When you breathe out, you “spit out” negative thought into the palm of your hand. Breathe in the thought that you do not like, and exhale it into the bowl. Time - 11 minutes.

In the end, close your eyes, take a deep breath and exhale through your nose and focus the attention on the spine. Slowly lower the energy down the spine from the head to the tailbone. Feel all the twenty-six vertebrae. The better you feel the entire spine, the more relief you get. Put your hands on your knees and spend a few minutes in meditation, watching the breath and the natural flow of your internal state.
