Sat Kriya strengthens sexual and reproductive systems and stimulates the natural flow of sexual energy. It eliminates sexual phobias. It allows you to control excessive sexual impulses and redirect sexual energy into creative and recreational activities of the body.
If you do this exercise daily, it will improve your overall health and digestive system due to the gentle massage of the internal organs. It strengthens the nervous and cardiovascular systems.
Time: 3 to 11 minutes.
In the end, take a breath and slowly tighten the muscles from the buttocks and up the spine. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, concentrating on the area above the top of your head. Fully exhale. Inhale, exhale and hold your breath as you exhale for 10-20 seconds. As you exhale, contract your low abdomen muscles, lift the diaphragm, pull your chin and tighten all the muscles from the buttocks to the neck. Take a breath and relax. Lie on your back in relaxation and rest no less time than the time for performing Sat Kriya. Ideally, you should spend twice as much time on relaxation as on doing the exercise. If you do not have time for lengthy exercise, make Sat Kriya a part of their daily practice to maintain a clean body as the temple of the living God.
