Description: Sit in a comfortable meditation posture with a straight back. Put your thumb on the Mercury bumps under the little fingers and clench your hands into fists. Bend your arms in the elbows and lift them almost to the level of the shoulders. Your fists are located opposite the chest with the palms facing down.
Actively inhale through the nose and sharply pull the elbows back so that the shoulder blades almost touch, exhale and return to the starting position. This movement will open the chest, and powerful breathing will open the lower part of the lungs. Ideally, you need to do 108 of such movements per minute.
Time: 3 minutes.
In the end, inhale through the nose, hold the breath for 10 seconds, pull the elbows back, draw the navel in, stretch all the muscles of the body and make a powerful exhalation through the mouth, like a cannon. Repeat this sequence two more times.
