Forcefully turn your hands to the body and unfold them backwards, so that the palms of your hands are turned forward. Continue the rapid movement of your hands and make intensive movement with your belly with powerful breath of fire through the nose. Synchronize the movements of the hands and abdomen with breathing.
Time: 3 minutes.
In the end, take a deep breath through your nose, hold your breath for 20 seconds, move your belly as you hold it and continue to turn your hands. Tighten each muscle. Make a powerful exhalation through your mouth, like from cannon. Repeat this sequence two more times.
